Saying Derrida supported an idea is a special case of the argumentum ad absurdum. The entire notion of "authentic action" is illiberal drivel. Heidegger's conception of authentic living is born out of his belief that the German Volk were an authentic community, a idea taken from German Volksideologie one of the key foundations of Nazism and earlier forms of German antisemitism.
