This photograph was taken in Louisville, Kentucky, 1963, just as the young Cassius Clay's career was taking off. The girl that Clay/Ali is talking to is now married to him (a more recent picture of them together is here).
Kind of sweet and also slightly creepy.
The picture was taken by photographer Steve Shapiro, who, nearly fifty years later, received an email from Mrs Ali, letting him know what he'd captured that day.
