These Malaysian ladies appear to have learnt English from watching Coronation Street or maybe The Royle Family:

Actually for some reason this sign reminded me of that priceless clip from Martin Scorsese's Bob Dylan documentary, No Direction Home, in which a fan at the notorious "Judas" concert in Manchester explains to an interviewer that "Bob Dylan was a bastard in the second half." Of course, for many Labour voters this applies to Tony Blair's tenure as Prime Minister.

Or they learned English in good English schools and happen to think this sign is funny and will get media attention. But, you know, they look funny, so they must not understand English.

Great assumptions. Do they look like an immigrant as well?
