There are basically two reactions to the many portraits of Obama that populate the web. One is to indulge in an easy sneer at the unschooled art this popular president has inspired. The other is to celebrate the creativity of thousands of ordinary people, unfettered by the artificial boundaries of taste, empowered by the internet.
Myself, I go for the easy sneer every time.
