That's a new word, I think, for what the Obama campaign hopes will occur sometime in the next 24 hours. We probably could have done without this coinage but then, what else is there to say on this subject right now?
The press speculation is at an excruciating level of excitement - though as 538 point out, nobody knows anything. The Obama campaign has shown its usual level of discipline and for all anyone knows they could announce it's Michael Phelps.
For what it's worth, Halperin is hinting heavily at Biden. I think that would be the right choice. But it wouldn't produce fireworks. This would (although the post-climactic comedown would, I think, be severe).
If Obama chooses Michael Phelps as his VP, then my money is on McCain choosing Mark Spitz!
