In eleven days' time the Democratic Convention will begin in Denver. The opening ceremonies are expected to exceed anything seen in history. A gleaming stadium is ready to house the biggest crowd ever to attend such an event. Billions will watch from all over the world. Organisers are hoping the event will be a glorious celebration of Democratic principles and Barack Obama.
But the event is being threatened by protests over the alleged mistreatment of Clintons. Protesters are claiming that the rights of eighteen million Clintonites are being trampled on by the Obama regime and are encouraging potential participants to boycott the event.
Obama's people are holding talks with the Clintonites to arrange a face-saving compromise in order to avoid disrupting the convention.
